Online Booking via Payfast: Head over to our Packages page, select your preferred RetrEat, click “Book Now”, and checkout securely with debit/credit card via Payfast (multi-currency support included).

We typically publish a new RetrEat date each month-usually about two months before the event. Keep an eye on our Packages page and social media for the latest updates.

Once you’ve booked, we’ll share a complete packing checklist. In the meantime, please bring essentials such as:

a. Blanket & Pillow
b. Camp chair
c. Coolerbox
Depending on your tent selection (Standard, Deluxe, Premium Deluxe), additional camping gear may be provided.

Some sites may not be child-friendly, but we do offer Family RetrEats designed for all ages. Check our Packages page for upcoming family-friendly events.
We select scenic, safe campsites with clean ablutions, power access, water, and nearby adventure opportunities like hiking, rafting, or game viewing. We generally avoid dangerous wildlife—unless you’re booking a private retreat specifically requesting such experiences.
Absolutely! Many couples join us for a quiet, adventurous escape. Our activities cater to individuals, couples, and groups alike.
Yes! We welcome solo adventurers and foster a friendly, inclusive community atmosphere.
Safety is paramount. We choose campsites with 24/7 on-site security, and we also bring our own qualified private security to camp with the group.
Our private chef ensures a gourmet camping experience. You can request specific menus for private groups, or even braai or cook your own “potjie kos” if you prefer.
